15 months and Counting...

Today is Maddi's 15th month with us. Wow is she Growing like a weed.

Maddi is getting soo big. She started walking in August. She loves talkin to herself *like Momma* LOL. She still has Strawberry hair that turns heads wherever we go.

She had an Awesome birthday. Her Aunt Pat and Uncle JR & of course Auntie Tia Mary. We all had fun.

I very bad at this blogging thing. I will try to keep it more updated.

First date night.

Since having our blessing of Madilyn, we had our first date night. We went to go see a sneak peek of Julie&Julia. This was a very funny and moving film to me.



This was the first time I was not near Maddi and it was sad to me. I really missed my daughter. I realize I need to stop worrying about her, she is a month and 3 days old being babysat by her grandma. I know if I dont do it now, I will drive myself crazy when I go back to work in two weeks. I know as long as she is NOT with me I will worry about her, that just what mothers do.
Does it EVER get easier?

My New Life Update

Wow, what a crazy year so far.

I have gotten engaged to this sweet & loveable guy. James Deane. We met at work. He fell in love with me the moment he saw me. Took me a bit, but he totally won over my heart. Soon after we started dating we found out I was pregnant. Nine months later, on July 5th at 5:48pm we welcomed Madelyn Olivia. She has totally changed our lives. Mom and baby are doing awesome. I'm adjusting to being a mom. I love spending so much time with her. Going to doctors appointments, it been so great.

Birthday Week.

So I have basically just had the most wonderful birtday week. I started on the 19th going to the Rockies game with my friend Mark and watching fireworks, and just relacing with my close friends and family. I think this will be a great year.

Last Game.

I just went to the the last game of the season for the Rockies. We lost but I had a total blast. I brang a couple of my friends along and most of my family was there. It was an awesome day for a game. I did what I usually do, watch some of the game and walk around for the rest of the game.

The first and the last games of the season are awesome. The start of the seaon there is so much hope. The last game the players will walk the field and throw things to the fans in stands. I manged two sweet talk myself and my niece and nephews into the bottom of the pavilloin and we got some give aways. We got towels. t-shirts, a hat from Jeff Franics and my most teasured possession, I recevided drawstring Colorado Rockies bag from TULO. I'm totally in love with him. I was just waitng for him to come around to say good season but instead I got the best birthday gift in my life. I was so excited i started to jump and cry tears of joy.

I can't wait until Next Febuary....

School

The last time I blog i wasn't in school. I thought I was happy. But I really did miss it. So I went and sign up for the class I needed. I'm in American Sign Language 122. I didn't realize how much I missed it. Now that I back in class I feel so much better. I get to use my ASL Monday through Thursday. Monday I am on a bowling league taht has three deaf guys on it. So After we are done bowling we just sit and chat until I leave for work. I have class Tuesday and Thursdays and I get tutored on Wednesdays.
I also go to a deaf social every thrusday and just sit down and sign my hands off. When I went last week I got the greatest compliment EVER. Candiss is deaf or hard of hearing, we were talking and she asked my major and I said Interpeting. She asked if I deaf. She says I sign so well that ever since she met me about a year ago she thougth this whole time I was deaf. Most hearing people will talk as they sign but I guess I don't. That made me really proud of myself.
